Terms and Conditions of Use:   

1. Occupancy: Strictly no more than two people are to occupy the cabin. No sub-letting is allowed.  If you arrive with more than 2 people, you will be politely asked to leave, no refund will be given.     

2. Cancellations Policy: Cancellation details will be provided at time of booking.   

We always recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance.      

3. Payment/Booking Deposit: We regret that if the balance is not paid in full before your arrival, your booking will be treated as cancelled and the dates will be re-let.    Bookings are non transferable unless under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of the owners.  We recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance.    

4. At the owners discretion, dates may be transferable.   

5. Pets: Sorry we do not allow pets in the property or on the site.   

6. Campervans and Motorhomes: We do not permit campervans and motorhomes on site without prior agreement.   

7. Smoking or Vaping:  Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the property, on the deck or the hot tub.  There are designated areas for smoking and vaping beside each cabin. Please ensure that cigarettes are properly extinguished and disposed of carefully in the bins provided.    

8. Cards accepted: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed through a secure third-party platform, Stripe.   

9. Bookings management: Bookings are handled by a secure third-party bookings-management platform.  The cabins are only to be let for the period of hire confirmed at the time of booking   

10. Unforeseen circumstances: If for any unforeseen reason we have to cancel your booking, a full refund of the let fee paid will be refunded, with no further claim against the owners.    

11.   We will contact you on the email address provided at the time of booking, to confirm check in arrangements.  

12. Check In: Arrival is after 4.00pm. We operate a self-check in basis in case we are not around when you arrive, and access instructions can be found in the Guest Login area of our website.   

13. Check Out: Departure by 10.00am please. This allows us to prepare the cabins between guests. We ask all guests to kindly leave the cabin in a clean and tidy condition. Please let us know if there has been any damage during your stay, this will allow us to carry out any remedial work prior to the next guests arriving.    

14. Hot Tub: To ensure your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, we will require to check and refresh the hot tub daily during the rental, this will be conducted as swiftly as possible with the minimal amount of disruption. Please read the safety guidelines displayed beside the hot tub before use. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk and agree to abide by the safety guidelines displayed.    The hot tub should not be used after 9.30am on the day of your departure as we will require access to drain, clean and refill the tub before the next guests. 

15. Liability: The owners accept no liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage of guest’s personal property while staying at River Huts. The use of the property, its contents and the hot tub is entirely at guest’s risk. The owners recommend you are covered by travel insurance for your holiday.   

16. Right of Entry: We reserve the right of entry to the property at any reasonable time for maintenance, repairs or inspection.   

17. Contract: The rental contract is between the paying client and the owner of the property.   

18. All bookings must include 1 adult (18 years)    

19. Quiet time: We respectfully ask for quiet time between the hours of 12 midnight & 7am.     

20. No candles or naked flames are permitted inside the pods or on decking area.   

21. Complaints and Suggestions: Please let us know if you have any complaints or suggestions about River Huts as soon as possible so we can try and rectify this immediately.
